League Cycling Instructors
The League of American Bicyclists offers training programs to certify experienced cyclists as League Cycling Instructors (LCI). LCI help educate the community on how to properly ride a bicycle in traffic, and more. Currently, Cleveland Heights does not have any LCI.

Enhanced Drivers Education
In Ohio, motorists are not required to be educated about cyclist’s rights on the road to obtain a drivers license. Enhanced drivers education would encourage DMVs and drivers education courses to teach motorists about how to properly use the roads with cyclists.

Bicycle Tax Incentives
The Federal Government offers tax incentives to employees who bicycle to work, but few businesses take advantage of the opportunity. The Coalition would like to provide resources to business who would like to take advantage of these tax incentives.
