Jon Goudreau officially has the coolest tattoo in Cleveland Heights. Now a resident of Austin, TX, Jon was visiting Cain Park Bicycle on Thursday, and we had to take him out for a a ride to Euclid Heights Boulevard to snap some photos. Check out the results below.
